Shipping policy

For USA-based Customers: we charge a flat rate of $12.00 for most products on our site unless the product has already been categorized under weight-based shipping rate, then a shipping charge of $20.00 for shipping and handling will be incurred by the buyer. It will take approximately 3-7 business days for your order delivery within US, depending on delivery location.  

For Canada-Based Customers: shipping charges will be based on the weight of the package and all shipping costs must be paid by the buyer prior to the order being shipped. You will be contacted for the shipping charges once you have placed an order through our website for the additional shipping charges. If you would like to make a one time payment for the whole order, including shipping, please get in touch with us via email info@poshaqdesignstudio.com, prior to making your purchase.  

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Type of shipping service used is up to the discretion of Poshaq Design Studio.

We provide a tracking number once the order has been filled and dropped off at an USPS location.  Once a tracking number is provided to consumer, Poshaq Design Studio is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. 

We ship to US and Canada only at this time. For orders placed and delivered to Canada, any additional charges that are incurred by customs must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

For pickup orders - orders must be picked up from the pickup site indicated in the notification within 5 days of receiving communication that your order is ready for pickup. Failure to do so will result in item(s) put back in inventory for sale without any refunds.
