Refund policy

Kindly note that refunds will be processed in the form of a store credit only.  

For online purchases only, customer must initiate a return via email within 48 hours of receiving the product(s): info@poshaqdesignstudio.com.

If product was damaged upon receipt, a clear photo of the damage must be included in the email.

The product(s) being returned must not be worn, used, or damaged. If applicable, tags shall not be removed. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was after purchase and delivery.

Once the return has been initiated, the product must be shipped back to Poshaq Design Studio within 3 days.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless, prior arrangements are made and approved via email with a Poshaq Design Studio team member. Return shipping costs will be waived only in situations such as a product was received damaged. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. A tracking number must be provided to Poshaq Design Studio via email once the product is on it's way back to us. 

Once Poshaq Design Studio receives your product back, please allow 48 hours for inspection and store credit processing.

Instructions on the store credit and how to redeem will be provided to you via email on file that the order was placed under. Please note that store credit is non-redeemable for cash value. It must be used towards another item in inventory. Store credits are not transferable and are linked directly to the customer to whom it's issued.

The above mentioned return policy is for online purchases only. In person trials and purchases are final sale. A return/store credit will not be issued for in person purchases.

Sale and Clearance are final sale. A return/store credit will not be issued for sale and clearance products.
